Confession: I’m a slow-food lover. 🙂 Slow food is the opposite of fast food, it’s food we cook ourselves. And despite it’s name, it doesn’t have to take lots of time. My philosophy is healthy can be delicious and it is possible to cook for 1-2 people! 

Full disclosure, reinventing the wheel (or recipe, in this case) isn’t necessary. These are a collection of recipes I use often, have generously borrowed from my Mom (as well as others I admire) and always aim to give credit where credit is due.
